A modern view on mental health.

WORKING TOGETHER

THRIVE is committed to helping you become the best version of yourself. We believe that mental health is connected to your overall health. In our time together, we will explore mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of your life. Our version of therapy involves changes beyond the 50 minute session. We challenge you to look inside of yourself to discover what is truly holding you back. Our focus is on helping you foster current healthy habits and examine those that are not serving you. The quality of our daily habits directly affects the quality of our lives.

At Thrive, we have a great deal of respect for your autonomy and capacity to deal constructively with all aspects of life. We pride ourselves on showing up for clients in a positive, genuine, and empathetic way and to listen without judgement. Encouragement and support helps to guide the therapeutic process of self-discovery and empowers individuals to navigate through life’s obstacles. During our sessions, we may encounter feelings and behaviors that uncover uncomfortable truths. Challenging these patterns may create some difficult conversations but will facilitate your overall growth. Through a better understanding of who you are and how you think and feel, we will create health and healing.
