Our therapists use a variety of approaches tailored to meet your individual needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Psychoeducation. Sliding scale/income-based sessions available based on financial need, application required. Sessions may be reduced as low as $50.
