  • We conveniently offer both in person and virtual appointments.

  • At our first session, we will begin to get to know one another and go through a series of questions and inventories to better understand what issues are bringing you to seek support.

  • Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time therapy can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek therapy in the first place.

  • Yes, at this time, our fully licensed providers are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

    For other insurance providers we are considered "Out of Network". Your payment will be due at the time of service. We can provide a monthly superbill/invoice that you can file with your insurance provider to request reimbursement. Our practice also uses an optional tool to make reimbursement easier and more affordable up front. If you would like more information on this please let us know.

    Sessions with our LPC-A are not able to be billed to insurance but we are able to provide a Superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.

    As a reminder, FSA/HSA cards may be used for therapy services.
